  21. Using Rectifier
  22. ======================

  24. This is a simple signal rectifier, it inverts the phase of the negative portion of 
  25. a signal, i.e. outputs the absolute value of all input samples.
  26. The rectifier parameter allows you to select between 0 = no change, upto 1 = fully rectified.

  28. This can produce distortion; if you find any other interesting uses please let me know

  45. - Simply copy the file "Rectifier_CJF.dll" to your VST plug-ins folder, 
  46. i.e. C:\audio\Steinberg\Cubase Audio VST\Vstplugins

  48. - Cubase 3.7 allows you to put plugins in sub-folders within the "Vstplugins" folder.
  49. i.e. C:\audio\Steinberg\Cubase Audio VST\Vstplugins\CJF

  51. Wavelab
  52. -------
  53. - Copy the .dll to your Wavelab plug-ins folder,
  54. i.e. C:\Program Files\Audio\Steinberg\WaveLab\System\Plugins
  55.  
  56. - If you installed the plug-in to your Cubase folder and want to use it in Wavelab
  57. make sure the plug-in is in the root of the \Steinberg\Cubase Audio VST\Vstplugins, folder.  
  58. Some versions of Wavelab won't find plugins in sub-directories within the "Vstplugins" folder.

  63. that allows you to open a VST plug from within it.

  69. When using VST plug-ins that show the default VST rack GUI you can click and drag 
  70. on the parameter display; this gives you finer control setting parameters 
  71. than using the wheel.
